摘要
介绍了空心短圆柱滚子轴承的结构、优点及其在精密模具工具磨削主轴单元中的应用。该磨床磨削试验表明 ,磨削表面粗糙度达Ra0 .0 5 μm ,平面度达 2 .8μm。
Structure, advantage of hollow cylindrical roller bearing and its application in precision die-& mold- and tool-grinding spindle unit are introduced. The test from the grinding machine shows that the roughness of ground surface is up to Ra0.05μm and the plainness is up to 2.8μm.
