摘要
分析了模具型面数控铣削后表面形貌的特点 ,在此基础上提出相应的研磨抛光工艺 ,并开发出适用于数控机床的工具系统 ,以实现研磨抛光作业的自动化 ,提高工作效率。
s:Features of surface contour for dies & moulds' profiles after CNC milling are analyzed, based on which, corresponding lapping and polishing technology is put forward, and a tooling applicable to CNC machine tool is developed so as to realize automation of lapping and polishing and improve working efficiency.
