摘要
介绍一种非接触式CCD三维数据测量仪 ,可对具有复杂轮廓的漫反射曲面进行测量、获取表面轮廓的三维数据。介绍了该仪器的测量原理、微机控制系统和误差分析。
This paper introduces a metric apparatus of 3-D coordinate using intangible CCD,which can measure diffused reflecting curves that have complicated figures,and obtain the 3-D data of the exterior figures.The article also presents the metrical principles of the apparatus,the components of the microcomputer control system and error analysis.
