摘要
介绍了自校准技术在VXI总线D/A模块中的应用,详细讲解了自校准技术的实现细节,并给出了一种非线性系统实现自动校准的方法。该技术可广泛应用于电压源、电流源或高等级测试系统的设计中,大大提高系统的准确度及产品生产的自动化。
The self-calibration technology applying to VXIbus D/A Module is introduced in this paper.Its implementation in detail is explained.We put forward the self-cali-bration method for nonlinear systems.The technology is extensive used for the source or high accuracy measuring and test instrument.It can greatly improve the accuracy,and greatly improves the automation for instrument production.
