摘要
通过对不同服役期HK 4 0炉管显微组织的分析 ,研究了炉管在服役过程中的组织变化和蠕变失效。结果表明 :蠕变孔洞的发展过程与碳化物的时效和析出过程存在一定关系 ,在炉管蠕变损伤研究和剩余寿命估算上 ,显微组织分析方法可以作为重要的辅助手段之一。
The microstructure and creep process of HK 40 furnace tubes after different service duration were analyzed by means of micrography. The results indicate that the creep process is related to the process of carbide aging and precipitation. Microstructure analysis method plays an important role in creep research and assessing the residual life of HK 40 furnace tubes.
