摘要
对粒子加速器和密封中子管用氚靶的工作原理、制备过程及基本要求 ,包括具有较高的载氚密度、较高的热稳定性、氚靶靶膜应具有较低的3 He释放率和掉粉率等作了简要介绍。在此基础上 ,综述了近年来在金属氚化物膜块结构和性质、靶膜表面性质、金属氚化物的氦释放和新型靶材料的研制等方面的进展 ,提出了今后中子发生器氚靶的研究方向 ,主要涉及新型靶材料设计开发、新型结构靶研制。
Progress in the researches of structure and surface properties of metal tritides film, 3He releasing from metal tritides and new materials for tritide targets used in recent years is summarized in the paper. In addition, the working principles, preparation process and the necessary performances of tritide targets in particle accelerators and hermetically sealed neutron tube are reviewed briefly. These performances include the high tritium density storage, high heat stability, low 3He releasing ratio and great anti pulverization ability. Some ideas concerned in research of tritide targets materials used in neutron generators such as the design and preparation of new metal tritide material, structure study of metal tritide film and 3He releasing behavior study etc. are suggested.
