摘要
用内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱学方法 ,配合X衍射能谱研究了秦山核电站一期压水堆三回路海水中涡轮叶片的腐蚀。研究结果表明 ,应力作用驱使内部马氏体相的形成 ,是影响叶轮寿命的主要原因。这个过程没有新的化学物质产生 ,只涉及钢在不同相之间的转变 ,是物理性的。而海水应力作用对涡轮表面层和基体的影响稍有不同。
The stainless steels used in Qinshan nuclear power station have been studied by using the conversion electron Mssbauer spectroscopy,accompanying with X ray diffraction.The result shows that strain of seawater impels to form martensite inside of the sample.It causes the life span of the turbine blade to shorten considerabley.Such corrosion comes from a physical transformation, which does not produce new substance and only causes the phase transformation of steel.
