公民身份号码升位在Sybase数据库上的实现

Basing on the People's Republic of China National Standard GB 11643-1999, this paper all around introduces the citizen identity number's constitute, meaning and arithmetic. Concretely for Sybase database environment, it illustrates the calculate method of the citizen identity number's last bit verified-code, gives the referenced SQL sentence. Considering the new and old number's use at the same time, it suggests that two data input modes should be sustained at the client, gives the function of translating between old number and new number with PowerBuilder.
