There are almost not exercises and tests for students. The target of this system is to remedy the defect in software of Internet teaching.This paper raises the ability of extend and safeguarding of system by using VBA technology and Microsoft COM+.It also gets and manages data by powerful access ability of ADO\ XML,and makes up a intelligence system of subject depot based on Internet for teachers and students. ;;;;;
