摘要
针对目前打印机彩色特性检测方法效率低、自动化程度不高等问题,提出一种基于扫描仪的打印机彩色特性自动检测方法。3-CCD着重讨论了用扫描仪代替分光测色仪的可行性,分析了误差产生的原因,探讨了校正靶的设计方法,并对多项式回归校正方法进行了3-CCD实验研究。实验结果表明,该方法在满足精度要求的情况下,可有效地提高打印机彩色特性检测的可靠性及自动化水平。
In viewing of the disadvantages that printers color characteristics can not be measured automatically and the low efficiency of the measuring method in present,3-CCD-based measuring technique is proposed. The feasibility of using CCD-scanner instead of spectrophotometer is discussed. The error of colorimetric measurement using CCD scanner is studied. The design of calibration target is discussed and the calibration methods using ploynomial regression are implemented. Under meeting the demand of precision, the result indicates that this method can efficiently improve the reliability and the automatization in detecting the printers color characteristics. ;;
