The first organization that unites IC design and network closely IC Design Web-cooperation Research Center is introduced. Its construction and application are discussed. The center realizes technically sharing of IC design resource and cooperation of IC design members. Furthermore, MPW service is particularly described. The further development of the center is expected. The model of integrating IC design and network to promote the development of IC design is presented.
