The frontiers analysis has more and more applications to economic problems and the nonparametric methodology is one important analysis method in this field. This paper gives resource allocation models with cone structure, and also analyses economics problems with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) nonparametric method. Comparing the traditional methods, we can not only obtain the same results by this method, but also get richer economic and management information. Therefore, the nonparametric DEA models have special advantage for dealing with economic problems.
