Generalized Reliability Analysis of the Coal Face with Fully Mechanized Top-coal Caving

为更全面分析和反映综采放顶煤工作面的运行状况 ,引入了能力有效度的概念来描述综放系统的可靠性 ,并介绍了能力有效度的计算方法 .在分析过程中 ,考虑到放煤支架在系统中的工作特点 ,将其视为柔性单元 .结果表明 ,能力有效度可更准确地反映系统的运行状况 .

In order to analyze the working status of the coal face with fully mechanized top\|coal caving, the concept of the capacity effectiveness was introduced to describe its reliability. And the calculating method for capacity effectiveness was presented. The system of caving supports was looked up as a gentle unit according to its working characteristics. The result shows that the working status of the coal face with fully mechanized top\|coal caving can be exactly reflected by the capacity effectiveness. It is necessary to improve the capacity effectiveness for the high ratio of the coal face with fully mechanized top\|coal caving.
