摘要
日本的政治、经济经历了战后半个世纪的发展 ,已经进入了结构的调整时期。在必须进行的这场重大的结构变革中 ,教育和研究开发及技术开发便成了改革的重要课题。
After the post war development for half a century,politics and economy have entered a period of structural adjustment.Among the major structural reform,education and research development have become the major topics.
