人才是最宝贵的资源,开发人力资源与开发物的资源有着质的差别。要通过制度创新,从根本上让人才自愿并持续地释放潜能,制度比技术、品德重要,让人才明白为谁干,才能干得好。现如今让企业走出困境并能够持续发展,制度创新和制度保障比什么都重要。
Human Resource is one of the scarce resource,and the difference between developing Human Resource and Material Resource is enormous.Now,it is important to innovate institution and safeguard institution for enterprises to get out of present predicament.
