this paper analyzed the limitations and serious defects by the existence of the traditional developmental concepts and modes It presentd process of being made,central idea and basic meaning of sustainable developmental strategy.The author put forward a series of constructive measures according to Yaans reality .It included not only the development programme of Yaans industry ,agriculture and travel but also structural adjustment of industry ,antipollution agricultural production and ecological agricultural construction.
