高产小麦茎鞘贮藏物质利用率及其对穗贡献的基因型差异研究 被引量:14

摘要 以北京地区近年来广泛种植的 9个高产基因型为材料 ,研究了高产小麦茎鞘贮藏物质对穗的贡献率及其影响因子。结果表明 ,茎鞘贮藏物质对穗的贡献率存在基因型差异 ,同一基因型不同节间贮藏物质对穗的贡献率也存在显著差异 ,以倒 2~ 3节间对穗的贡献率最大。茎鞘贮藏物质对穗的贡献率与株高、千粒重、茎鞘转运率抽穗后 2 0d的茎鞘及各节间的积累量 ,倒 2~ 3节间对穗的贡献率 ,抽穗后 2 0d的灌浆速率和净同化率 ,以及抽穗后 10d的单茎光合面积成正相关 ,而与茎粗、旗叶面积不相关 ,与抽穗后 30d的净同化率呈负相关。 The contribution of stem reserves to ear and its influence factors were studied in 9 wheat genotypes which were planted in Beijing areas widely in recent years.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the contribution of stem reserves to ear in different genotypes,the same results were also found with different inter nodes.The inversal 2-3 inter nodes had the biggest contribution.The contribution to ear was positive correlated with plant height,1000 grain weight,transport rate of stem sheath and different inter node,especially peduncle and inversal 4-5 inter nodes,accumulation mass of stem sheath and different inter nodes,the contribution to ear of inversal 2-3 inter node,grain filling rate and net assimilation rate 20 days after heading and photosynthetic areas per stem 10 days after heading.However,it was not correlated with stem robust,flag leaf areas,transport rate of stem sheath,and it was negative correlated with net assimilation rate 30 days after heading.
