旋毛虫基因重组抗原快速ELISA诊断试剂盒的研究

Study on an ELISA Kit with Recombinant Antigen for Rapid Diagnosis of Swine Trichinellosis

用旋毛虫基因重组抗原 (TSRA)建立了诊断猪旋毛虫病的快速ELISA诊断试剂盒。用TSRA和旋毛虫肌幼虫排泄 -分泌抗原 (ES)分别对 12份人工感染旋毛虫病猪血清进行快速ELISA检测 ,阳性率为 10 0 %。在猪旋毛虫病发病区随机采集 10 3份血清和肉样 ,分别用TSRA和ES作抗原对血清进行快速ELISA检测 ,结果显示 ,它们与肌肉消化法的诊断符合率分别为95 12 %和 96 3%。研究证明 ,用TSRA组装的诊断试剂盒具有良好的灵敏性、特异性和重复性。

An ELISA kit for rapid diagnosis of swine trichinosis was set up.Two antigens,gene recombinant antigen(TSRA)and ES antigen,were respectively used in the rapid ELISA to assay the blood samples of 12 pigs infected experimentally with Trichinella spiralis, the positive rates with both antigens were 100%.The serum and the meat samples of 103 pigs in an endemic regions were simultaneously collected and detected with TSRA and ES antigens for a compared test of digestive technique,the diagnostic agreement rates were 95 12% and 96 3%,respectively.It is shown that the kit is sensitive,specific and reproducible.
