A study on the development of the private hospital

民营医院的特点是筹资快捷 ,服务上乘 ,专科特色 ,聚集人才 ,机制灵活。民营医院的存在与发展 ,有利于促进医疗市场的有序竞争 ,有利于激活医疗市场 ,有利于构建适应社会主义市场经济的卫生服务新体系 ,有利于筹集更多的医疗卫生资源更好地为人民群众服务。作为政府及卫生主管部门 ,应制定配套政策 ,正确引导 ,强化监管 ,营造健康发展的外环境。作为民营医院自身要规范医疗行为 ,加强内部管理 ,提高医疗技术水平 ,在可能的前提下实现规模化经营。从而形成以公有制为主体、多种经济成分和多种经营方式相互竞争、共同发展的办医格局。

The characteristics of the private hospital were described as quick financing, well quality, special service, skillful doctors and flexible mechanism. It would be helpful to promote the medical market with well-order competition, establish new health services system to meet social market economy and accumulate more health resources to serve for the people. The government and the health administration department should legislate policies and strengthen supervision to establish a normal circumstance for the private hospital. At the same time, the private hospital should regulate medical activities and advanced internal management to improve medical techniques. Thus, new medical services pattern, which was based on the commonism with various economic components, would be established to compete and develop together.
