认知障碍患者^(11)C-PIB-PET检查的意义

Significance of ^(11)C-PIB-PET examination in patients with cognitive impairment

目的:研究^(11)C-PIB-PET在痴呆诊断中的意义。方法:对140例进行了内科和神经系统检查及认知功能评估后由经验丰富的临床医生诊断认知障碍的患者进行^(11)C-PIB-PET检查。结果:纳入140例患者(77例女性,63例男性;年龄63.68±8.81岁,范围42-85岁)。PIB-PET结果显示94例患者为阳性,46例患者为阴性。91例AD患者中,PIB-PET阳性患者有83例(91.2%),PIB-PET阴性患者为8例(8.8%)。20例MCI患者中,9例(45%)PIB-PET阳性,11例(55%)PIB-PET阴性。其中11例a MCI患者PIB-PET阳性患者有7例(63.3%),PIB-PET阴性患者为4例(36.4%)。其余非AD痴呆患者29例,PIB-PET阳性患者有2例(6.9%),PIB-PET阴性患者为27例(93.1%)。结论:^(11)C-PIB-PET在认知障碍患者诊断中发挥重要作用。

Objective To study the significance of 11C-PIB-PET in the diagnosis of dementia.Methods 11C-PIB-PET was performed in 140 patients who underwent medical and neurological examination and cognitive function assessment and were diagnosed by experienced clinicians with cognitive impairment.Results 140 patients(77 females and 63 males)were included.Age:63.68+/-8.81 years,range:42-85 years).11C-PIB-PET results showed that 94 patients were positive and 46 patients were negative.Among the 91 AD patients,83 patients(91.2%)were PIB-PET positive and 8 patients(8.8%)were PIB-PET negative.Of the 20 MCI patients,9(45%)were PIB-PET positive and 11(55%)were PIB-PET negative.Among the 11 aMCI patients,7 patients(63.3%)were PIB-PET positive,and 4 patients(36.4%)were PIB-PET negative.There were 29 non-AD dementia patients,2 PIB-PET positive patients(6.9%)and 27 PIB-PET negative patients(93.1%).Conclusion 11C-PIB-PET plays an important role in the diagnosis of cognitive impairment.
