伴认知障碍及精神症状的渗透性脱髓鞘综合征1例

A Case of Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome with Cognitive Impairment and Psychiatric Symptoms

渗透性脱髓鞘综合征是一种少见的继发性脱髓鞘性疾病,病因包括低钠血症的过快纠正、慢性酒精中毒、肝移植等。我院收治一例因快速纠正低钠血症导致渗透性脱髓鞘综合征患者,该病患除运动症状外伴明显认知障碍及精神症状,罕见的是其病变部位合并脑桥中央和脑桥外髓鞘溶解。特将本病例报道,以期增加临床工作者对渗透性脱髓鞘综合征认知障碍的认识。

Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome(ODS)is a rare secondary demyelination disease,including the rapid correction of hyponatremia,chronic alcoholism,liver transplantation,etc.In our hospital,we treated a patient with osmotic demyelination syndrome caused by rapid correction of hyponatremia,who had obvious cognitive impairment and psychiatric symptoms in addition to motor symptoms.It is rare that the lesion site is combined with the central pontine and extra pontine myelinolysis.This case is reported to improve the understanding of the cognitive barriers of osmotic demyelinating syndrome among clinicians.
