中医治疗结合常规护理对阿尔茨海默病患者病情发展和满意度的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Routine Nursing on Development and Satisfaction of Alzheimer’s Disease Patients

目的:探讨中医针灸和耳穴贴压对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的影响研究。方法:选择2018年4月—2019年6月在本院确诊并接受治疗的40例AD患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组男性11例,女9例,平均年龄(49.24±2.87);研究组男性12例,女性8例,平均年龄(52.13±2.64)。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,研究组采用常规护理模式+针灸和耳穴贴压方法,通过MMSE、MoCA、评估患者的记忆力状态,对比两组患者的临床满意度。结果:评分的变化情况,研究组患者的满意度为97.62%,对照组患者的满意度为78.57%。数据对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:在AD的临床护理中,采用中医针灸和耳穴贴压的方法,可以提高患者的满意度、提升患者的记忆力、延缓病情发展,日常生活能力得到改善,提高生活质量,减轻家庭负担,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture and auricular pressure on Alzheimer’s disease patients.Methods 40 patients with Alzheimer’s disease who were diagnosed and treated in this hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and research group.There were 11 men and 9 women in the control group with the average age of(49.24±2.87)years,and 12 men,and 8 women in the study group with the average age of(52.13±2.64)years.The control group adopted the conventional care model.The study group used routine nursing model+acupuncture and auricular pressure.the clinical satisfaction of the two groups was compared through MMSE,MoCA,and memory state.Results The rate of satisfaction was statistically significant between the two group with 97.62%in the study group and 78.57%in the control group.Conclusion in the clinical nursing of Alzheimer’s disease,the methods of acupuncture and auricular pressure can improve the satisfaction and the memory of patients,delay the development of the disease,improve the ability and the quality of life,and reduce the burden on families.It has high clinical promotion value.
