杂交油菜数量性状配合力与遗传力分析

Analysis of Combining Ability and Heritability in Major Quantitative Characters of Hybrid Rapeseed

选用甘蓝型油菜POL细胞质雄性不育系统 4个不育系、3个恢复系 ,采用 4× 3不完全双列杂交 ,对 12个杂交组合的 8个主要数量性状进行了配合力和遗传力的估算与分析 ,结果表明 ,一般配合力和特殊配合力对杂交F1 性状表现均有明显的影响 ,但一般配合力起到主要作用。遗传力分析也表明 ,单株角果数、每角粒数、千粒重等主要产量性状的狭义遗传力较大 ,主要表现为加性效应作用。试验筛选出了两个优良亲本 。

combinations crossed by 4 male sterile line and 3 restoring line were selected to analysis the combination ability and heritability in major quantitative characters of hybrid rapeseed. The result showed that both general and special combining ability of the major quantitative characters were obvious, in genetic deviation but the general combining ability was more important. For the heritability, the characters of siliques on per plant, seeds in per siliques, 1 000-seeds weight were proved having higher narrow heritability, So additive effect is the main genetic action for quantitative character in hybrid rapeseed. Also, one good combination was selected in this experiment.
