摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析27株计23种腐霉的菌体蛋白,结果表明:蛋白带型在种内表现出一致性,在种间则差异显著。
Soluble proteins in the mycelia of 27 isolates distributing in 23 Pythium species were analysed with electrophoresis on disc polyacrylamise gel slab. The results clearly indicate that protein patterns of conspecific isolates are identical while those of isolates from different species are quite diverse. The comparison between the protein banding patterns of P. kunmingense Yu and P. irregulare Buisman proves that the two species are distinct.
