转距和核距测量法在粒子体积估计中的对比 被引量:2

The comparison between the nucleator and vertical rotator in a volume estimation of particles

摘要 目的:从实际研究比较两种估计粒子体积的新体视学方法─—核距测量法和垂直转距测量法的效率。方法:获取22个近似圆盘状的器官,从重量和比重计算出“真实”体积;通过器官中心作垂直于器官某一面的四个同轴且互相垂直的随机垂直截面,用铅笔将这些剖面轮廓描于纸上,然后据上述两种方法估计各个器官的体积。结果:从重量及比重计算的22个器官的“真实”体积为450±87cm3(平均值±标准差),从核距和转距测量法估计的体积分别为447±157和459±95cm3,前者的标准差显著高于后者(F检验,P<0.05);据核距和转距测量法,从每个器官的四个剖面估计的四个体积之间的变异系数分别为47±27%和32±14%,前者显著高于后者(t检验,P<0.05))。结论:垂直转距测量法比核距测量法更有效。 Objective: To compare the efficicency of two contempomp stereological volume estimators,the nucleator and the vertical rotator, in an actual study. Materials and Methods: 22 plate shaped organs were obtained and their' true' volumes calculated from their density and weights; four co - axial vertical sections were cut through the cente of each organ perpendicular to one side of the organ, the sechons were traced on paper and then organ volumes were estimated using the two methods. Results:The'true' volume of the 22 organs obtained from density and weights was 450± 87cm3 (mean ± SD), and the volumes estimated by the nucleator and rotator were 447±157 and 459 ±95cm3, respectively, with the SD of the former being significantly higher than that of the latter (F - test, p<0.05); the coefficient of variation betwee the four volumes estdriated from the four sechons of each organ with the nucleator was significantly higher than that with the rotator (47 ±27% vs 32 ±14%; t - test, p <0. 05). Conclusion: The vertical rotator is more efficient than the nucleator.
