摘要
目的 探讨心理应激因素对大鼠下丘脑室旁核和胃窦部幽门区黏膜生长抑素mRNA细胞的影响。方法 应用心理应激大鼠模型 ,以原位杂交细胞化学和图像分析技术 ,检测大鼠心理应激后下丘脑室旁核和胃窦幽门区生长抑素mRNA阳性细胞的表达强度和细胞体积密度 (Vv)、单位体积数密度 (Nv)等的变化。结果 闪光间期长短不均加电刺激组 (A组 )、闪光间期恒定加电刺激组 (B组 )和单纯闪光间期长短不均组 (C组 ) 3组比较 ,在生长抑素mRNA的表达强度和Vv、Nv等方面 ,均显示出明显的差异 ,即A组 >B组 >C组。
Objective To study the effects of psychological stress on the somatostatin mRNA cells of the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus and the pylorcum of stomach. Methods Situ hybridization combined wiyh computer image analysis was used to exame the expression, volume density (Vv) and numerical density (Nv) of the somatostatin mRNA cells in the three groups of model rats, ie the regular electric and irregular flashing light stimulating group (Group A), the regular electric and regular flashing light stimulating group (Group B) and the only irregular flashing stimulating group (Group C). Results In expression strength, Vv, and Nv of somatostatin mRNA cells in paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus and pylorcum of stomach, Group A>Group B>Group C was obtained compared with each other among them. Conclusion Irregular psychological stress simultaneously increase the somatostatin synthesis and secretion of the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus and the pylorcum of stomach mucosa in rats.
