摘要
本文根据点接触和优化原理,提出了一种新的加工任意端截形螺旋面的成形刀具廓形的设计方法——接触优化法,用于求成形刀具廓形和由刀具求工件端截形,本方法原理新颖、简单、计算简化,易于在微机上实现.
A new method, contact optimization method,based on point contact and optimization principle is pressentedin which tbe forming eutter contours for helical workpieceshaving arbitrary profile on the cross section contours aredetermined. It is used to calculate the forming cutter contoursand the workpieces profile on the cross section contours. Thepriciple and calculation of this method is simple. It will beaccomplished easily with microcomputer.
