摘要
在水环泵的设计计算过程中,主要困难是如何确定每一转角α所对应的压缩比σ值。众所周知,求σ值的问题实质上是求解三次方程的最小正根。这个问题的解决是比较困难的。本文提出一种函数表和几个插值公式,以便简易、准确地求出σ值。此外,文中还给出了计算水环内界线的实例。
In the process of design and calculation of water ring pump, main difficulty is how to determine the corresponding value of compression ratio σ for each rotation angle α. It is well known that to obtain the value of σ would be essentially to find the minimum positive root of cubic equation, which is difficult to be solved. In this paper,a function table and some interpolation formulae are developed to find the value of a easily and accuratly. In addition, a practical example calculating the internal boundary of water ring is also given.
