旋转电极制粉的关键问题

摘要 文中给出旋转电极制粉的基础式。并指出当前存在于该真空冶金方法的关键问题-对电极无污染的支承和密封问题。进而阐述了解决这些关键问题的原理和方法,即两个三滚珠轴承支承和差动气流循环密封相结合的方法。实践业已证明,这些方法是行之有效的。 This paper gives the basic formulae of powder production with the rotary electrode and points out the critical questions in this vacuum metallurgical method at present. These questions are the supporting and sealing without contamination for the electrode. Further,the principles and ways which solve the crucial question are given, that is, two supports consisted of three-ball bearing are combined with the sealing by differential gas flow cycle. In practice, it had shown that the way is effective.
