广东省民营科技企业的现状、问题及对策研究

The Research of Actualities and Problems and Countermeasures of Non-government-run S&T Enterprises in Guangdong Province

20世纪90年代以来,广东省民营科技企业得到了高速发展,无论是企业规模、盈利能力,还是技术创新能力、经营管理水平都有了较大幅度的提高,也为推动广东省的经济发展和科技进步作出了重要贡献。为了使民营科技企业能够健康成长并实现可持续发展,通过分析广东省民营科技企业的发展现状及其发展过程中所面临的问题,提出民营科技企业发展的有效对策。

The Non-government-run S&T enterpr ises of Guangdong province have been obtaining the rapid de-velopment since the 1990s.Not only the scale and the profiting ability o f enterprises,but also the ability o f technical innovation and the manage ment has acquired a biggish extent im provement,and at the same time they had made an important contribution t o the economical development and the technological progress of Guangdon g province.In order to let them wining healthy growing and realizing conti nual developments,this article will ana-lyzes the actuality of the non-government-run S&T enterprises and the pr oblems in the development proces-sion.Then we provide the effective c ountermeasure for them.
