摘要
类金刚石膜以其优良的性能广泛应用于机械、电子、光学和生物医学等许多领域。主要介绍了DLCF的光学及场发射性能研究进展,并对研究现状进行了分析和展望。
Since Diamond Like Carbon Film (DLCF) possesses desirable properties.it has been widely used
in machinery,electronics,optics and biology,and much research has been made in these fields.In the article,the authors introduce recent progress in research on optical and electron field emission properties of DLCF and present their views in the areas.
