摘要
介绍了水产行业标准《水产品加工术语》的制定背景、所运用的术语学原则以及借鉴和采用的国外先进标准的情况,并对标准中若干具体水产学名词的定名做了分析。
The background and the principles used in the drawing up of the stan dard 'terms of fish processing' were studied in the thesis, and the naming to so me fishery terms were also analyzed.
