摘要
通过对YFM 4 0 0_8/ 90 0电动机转子的修复改造实践 ,简单地分析、说明了更换转子笼型绕组时 ,应尽可能保证其电路、磁路、风路的参数不变 ;在改善其结构、消除断条隐患的同时 ,还要保证其机械时间常数、热容量不变 ,以保证修复后电机的性能与原来相同 。
On the basis of repair and reconstruction of the rotor of YFM400-8/900 electric motor, the paper presented the following facts. In case of changing the cage winding of rotor, all the parameters of electric circuit, magnetic flux and ventilation should be unchanged whenever possible. Besides, the time constant and heat capacity of the motor should be kept unchanged during imporoving the construction and eliminating the hidden trouble of broken strip. Moreover, the performance of repaired electric motor should be as good as the original one and up to national standard.
