摘要
提出了一种粮库自动化系统设计方案 ,包括控制系统和仓储信息管理系统。控制系统采用上下两级控制。上位机起监控作用 ,采用了组态软件编写 ;下位机以PLC为核心 ,完成现场设备的顺序控制。控制系统具有完备的故障处理功能 ,其程序设计基于面向设备和分级的原则。仓储信息管理系统采用VisualC ++开发而成 ,具有图像清晰、操作方便。
An automation control scheme applied to grain store system was presented, which includes control system and grain store managing system. The master_slave control idea was adopted. The master controller monitors and controls the running state of devices, which is programmed by ICSCS. The slave controller used of logic control adopts PLC controller. The control software system is programmed on the basis a principle of classification and orient device. The grain store information managing system programmed by Visual C++, has the following advantages: friendly interface, clear graph, easy to operate, stable and reliable in operation.
