江西民间投资已有较快的增长,在江西经济发展中起到非常重要的作用。但与全国和周边省市相比,无论是民间投资占总投资的比重,还是民间投资的绝对额都存在较大的差距。制约江西民间投资的原因较复杂,除受宏现经济形势的影响外,从根本上讲主要是政策因素和制度因素,如市场障碍、投资持遇障碍、资金融通障碍、法律障碍、投资环境障碍等。要实现“江西在中部地区的崛起”的战略目标,就必须千方百计促进民间投资的快速增长。为此要努力改善投资硬环境和软环境,充分利用财政、金融等政策手段,促进江西民间投资的快速增长。

Jiangxi folks investment increases very fast and play a very important role in Jiangxi economy development. But there is a large gap between Jiagnxi and other provinces around. The reasons to restrain the developing of Jiangxi folks investment are very complex, the main reason is the factor of policy and system in the rural areas.
