摘要
介绍了缓冲材料传递率数据采集处理系统 ,讨论了时域和频域两种数据处理方案 ,给出了具体实施步骤。针对信号谱分析计算中数据量过大 ,能量泄漏等问题提出了解决方案。谱分析法还提供了用冲击法获得缓冲材料振动传递特性的可能性。
The paper introduced the principle of data acquisition and processing system of vibration transmissibility test to packaging materials. The data processing methods in time and frequency area are discussed, and particular process is given. We figure out the problem of large data and energy leak in FFT. The method of frequency analysis gives us a possibility: get the materials vibration transmissibility by shock.
