摘要
阐述了农业产业结构的概念与内涵 ,分析了农业产业结构调整的约束条件 :即生产力水平、消费需求、自然资源、人力资源、资金供给、科学技术 ,提出了农业产业结构调整中应处理好政府与市场。
The paper explains the concept and connotation of agricultural structure,and it analyses the restraining conditions of adjusting agricultural structure, that is to say,the level of productive forces,demand of consumption,natural resources,human resources,supply of money,science and technology.At last, the paper raises that we should well settle the relations of government and market,the relations of the part and the whole.
