摘要
本文阐述了苹果鲜渣和发酵苹果的营养成分和微生物组成 ,以及开发果渣饲料的可能性和重要意义。
In this paper ,the nutrients and micro flora of fresh apple pomace and fermented apple pomace ,and the possibility and significance of developing apple pomace feeds were were discussed. Finally multipurpose use of apple pomace was reviewed.
