烟草与TMV不同互作体系中的活性氧及抗氧化酶系活性比较 被引量:13

摘要 3种不同抗性烟草与 TMV互作体系中的活性氧 (AO)、脂质过氧化、抗氧化酶系活性的测定结果表明 :在 Xanthi-NN/ TMV的非亲和性互作体系中 ,超氧阴离子 (O2- · )的释放量除与 Xanthi-nn/ TMV和 K3 46/TMV的亲和性互作体系一样在互作后的 6h形成一个峰值外 ,在互作后的 2 4h又出现了第二个特异性峰值 ,在互作的中、后期 ,Xanthi-NN的叶片内 O2- ·含量显著高于后者两个品种 ;在互作的早期 ,H2 O2 的产生速率尽管明显比 O2- · 的低 ,但也是以较快的速度上升 ,Xanthi-NN的非亲和性互作体系中 H2 O2 含量明显高于其它两个互作体系 ;互作早期的非亲和性体系中 SOD、 POD活性均低于亲和性体系 ,但随着互作的进行 ,对比关系发生逆转 ;CAT活性变化趋势刚好与 SOD、POD的相反 ;互作前期的 Xanthi-NN叶片内 LOX活性值和上升速率都低于另外两个品种 ,但中、后期的情形正好相反 ;非亲和性互作中的 MDA含量一直低于亲和性互作。 3种互作体系的非接种叶内 AO和有关抗氧化酶系活性的变化远不如各自接种叶显著 ,且互作前期的活性水平也明显低于接种叶 ,上、下部叶片的变化趋势基本一致 ,这也部分解释了抗病信号转导的时空动态 ;近等基因系 Xanthi-NN和 Xanthi-nn中的 AO和有关抗氧化酶系活性变化差异较大 ,而后者更接近? Active oxygen (AO), lipid peroxidation and antioxidative enzymes activities from the three kinds of interactive systems between tobacco and TMV were surveyed. Superoxide anion (O -· 2) production in incompatible system of interaction between Xanthi NN and TMV reached the second peak at 24 h, as well as the first same peak as compatible one of K346 TMV at 6 h.O -· 2 production in Xanthi NN was always obviously higher than that in the two compatible systems of K346 TMV and Xanthi nn TMV during the middle and later stage of tobacco TMV interaction. Although H 2O 2 productive rate in Xanthi NN was lower than that of O -· 2 during the early stage of interaction, it was also raising at a great speed and was remarkably higher than that in the two compatible ones.At the primary stage of interaction, incompatible system were lower than the two compatible ones in activities in SOD and POD, but these two enzymes activities from the former were higher than the latter along with interactive performing. Changes in CAT activities were contrary to SOD and POD. Activities levels and raising rates in LOX were lower than other two cultivars during the early stage of interaction, but changes in the middle and later stages were just contrary. However, MDA content in incompatible system were always lower than the two compatible ones. Although the upper leaves in three systems was basically identical with the down leaves in changes in AO and related enzymes activities, these non inoculated leaves were much less significant than the relevant inoculated ones in above characteristics, and the former were obviously lower than the latter in activity levels. Changes in AO and related enzymes activities in Xanthi NN were very different from Xanthi nn of its near isogenic line, however, the latter were nearer to K346 in above traits, these may declare that the internal essence controlling the resistance is'N'gene.
