摘要 选择 1 2头 2~ 3胎荷斯坦泌乳牛 ,测定乳中锗元素含量、血清 SOD活性和血液 GSH-Px活性 ,探讨利用不同锗源开发生物源锗乳的可行性。结果表明 ,试验 3 0 d后 ,试验组乳中锗含量达到高台水平 ,分别为对照组的 3 .91 (Ge O2 组 )和 5 .1 1 (Ge-1 3 2 )倍 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;Ge-1 3 2作为锗源添加剂比 Ge O2 在乳中的转化量约高出 1 5 .71 %~ 40 .98% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,进入高台水平后平均高出 3 0 .76% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;试验组奶牛抗氧化系统功能有增强趋势 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。外源饲料添加锗化合物可显著提高乳中锗元素的含量 ,通过饲料经牛体转化可获得生物富锗乳 。 Twelve Holstein cows were randomly divided into three groups (i.e.,control group Ⅰ,inorganic germanium group Ⅱ and organic group Ⅲ),which were treated with Ⅰ(CK) ,Ⅱ (GeO 2) and Ⅲ (Ge 132),to probe the feasibility of biologically enriched germanium milk by using different germanium materials.The result showed that after thirty days germanium concentration in milk of the tested groups reached a high level. The germanium contents of Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups were 3 91 and 5 11 times as high as that of contrast group Ⅰ(P<0 01)respectively;germanium concentration in milk of Ge 132 group were from 15 17% to 40 98% more than that of GeO 2 group(P<0 05),and 30 76% in the high level(P<0 05).It was suggested that it was likely to gain enriched germanium milk by way of feeding cows with germanium material.The biotransformation efficiency of organic germanium material was siganificantly better than that of inorganic germanium material.
