摘要
甲壳素在不同 Na OH溶液的浓度、不同反应时间和不同反应温度下 ,制备得到不同脱乙酰度的壳聚糖 ,并作为烟草薄片的粘合剂。研究了不同脱乙酰度壳聚糖与烟草薄片主要性能品质之间的关系。结果表明 :壳聚糖脱乙酰度 <90 %时 ,烟草薄片抗张强度、耐水性和内在品质随脱乙酰度升高而增加 ;当壳聚糖脱乙酰度>90 %时 。
Chitosans with various degrees of deacetylation (DD) were prepared from chitin if it was deactelyted with different concentrations of NaOH under different reaction time and temperature.The relationships between DD of chitosan and the mechanical properties and smoking quality of reconstituted tobacco were studied when chitosan was used as adhesive in reconstituted tobacco.The results showed that the tensile strength, water resistance and smoking quality of reconstituted tobacco was increased as the DD of chitosan raised before DD<90%.While DD>90%,their relationship was negatively correlated.
