人工海水在不同温度和pH值下对卤虫卵孵化率的影响

INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE AND pH VALUE ON THE HATCHABILITY OF BRINE SHRIMP EGGS IN ARTIFICIAL SEA-WATER

制备 2 0‰的人工海水 ,在温度为 2 6℃、2 8℃、30℃、32℃和pH值为 7.5、8.0、8.5、9.0条件下对卤虫卵进行人工孵化。结果表明 :孵化条件在pH值为 8.5、温度为 30℃时 ,其孵化率为最高 ( 77.97% )。

Brine Shrimp Eggs are hatched in previously prepared 2% sea-water under the temperature of 26 ℃,28 ℃,30 ℃, 32 ℃ and pH Value being 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0 respectively. The result indicated that the hatching rate of brine shrimp eggs was the highest (77.97%) on condition that pH Value was 8.5 and temperature was 30 ℃.
