摘要
酒石酸泰乐菌素以 25mg/kg、7.5 mg/kg、10 mg给各6只(头)本地鸡、猪、山羊一次肌注,在不同时间分别采血制样,在UV290mm处测定光密度与各自标准曲线对照,获得不同时间血药浓度,试验数据用“WTS.IM.BAS”药动学软件计算机自动求算拟合,血药浓度经时过程均符合一级吸收一室开放模型,其主要参数见表2。结果表明:其在鸡的吸收速度较快,吸收较完全,消除较慢,猪次之,山羊再次之;故在鸡维持有效血药浓度时间较长,疗效较好,但每日给药一次均难达治疗目的。取不同时间的三种动物各4只(头)肌肉制样测定,并与各自标准曲线对照。结果表明:24h肌肉中残留药物浓度均低于 0.05μg/g,休药48h肉品即较安全。
According to the dosage illustration, we injected Tylosin tartrate into 6 goats, 6 pigs and 6 chicken only once. Bolld and muscle samples were collected separately at different times, and treated be- fore being analysed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The experimental date of plasmic concentration were processed with standard pharmacokinetics soft ware program. The result indicated that C-T curves of Tylosin tartrat were in accordance with one-compartment open and with the first absorption. The absorption of the medicine in chicken was faster than in pig and goat the the elimination of it in chicken was slower The residue of the medicine at 24 hr.in the three species was lower than 0.05μg/g. Stop- ping the administration of the drug 48 hr before slaughtering is sate for the quality of meat.
