复方驱虫药“克虫威”急性毒性试验

THE ACUTE TOXICITY OF POWASPEC TO MICE

选用昆明系小白鼠 ,按完全随机分组 ,进行复方驱虫药“克虫威”的急性毒性试验。测得“克虫威”的Dn =4 2 3.6mg/kg ,Dm =1694 .4 3mg/kg。据“克虫威”的Dn、Dm ,按改良寇氏法测出LD50 =765.77mg/kg ,95%可信限 684 .70— 856.64mg/kg ,按农业部《新兽药一般毒性试验技术要求》的兽药毒性分级标准 ,“克虫威”为低毒性药物 ,且“克虫威”的最小中毒量为临床推荐用量的 13.5倍 ,表明“克虫威”使用的安全范围很大 。

The test was proceeded in white mice for evaluating the acute toxicity of POWASPEC by Karber′s method. The results showed that the maximum dose (Dm) and minimum dose (Dn) level of POWASPEC were 1 694.43 mg/kg and 423.6 mg/kg, the median lethel dose (LD 50 ) and its 95% confidence interval were 765.77 mg/kg and 684.7—856.64 mg/kg respectively .It indicated that POWASPEC had low toxicity and wide safe range.
