摘要
本试验测定了胃动力注射液对家兔离体肠管运动的影响 ,大白鼠胃液分泌量和牛、羊、猪胃肠运动频率。结果表明 :胃动力注射液使家兔离体肠管收缩幅度和大白鼠胃液分泌量极显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,使牛、羊、猪较高水平的胃肠蠕动频率维持 2 5h ,是新斯的明作用时间的 3倍。
The effect of GastroDynam injection on the peristalsis of rabbit small intestine in vitro and the peristalsis of gastrointestinnal tract of cattle,pig,and goat in vivo as well as its effect on the gastric juice secretion of rats was tested.The result showed that the contraction peak of intestine in testing group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0 01).The gastric juice secretion of testing group was higher than the control group with significant difference(P<0 01).The peristalsis with high frequency and tension in cattle,pig and goat after the injection of GastroDynam lasted for 25 hours,and that is 3 times longer than the effect of neostigmini methylsulfas in control group.
