摘要
本文对羽摇蚊的人工采卵进行了研究。在温度 2 3— 2 6℃ ,相对湿度 70— 91% ,光照 (由顶至底 ) 10 90— 8lux ,1.0 2m× 1.0 6m× 2 .3m的人工采卵箱 ,直径 60cm的羽化槽 ,幼虫密度分别为 350 3条 /m2 、70 0 6条 /m2 的条件下 ,幼虫羽化总数对应为 679条、4 82条 ,其产卵率为 8.4 %、15.93% ,受精率各为 81.82 %、82 .78%。
This report is about the studies on the egg-collecting of Tendipes plumosus. The conditions are:temperature,23—26 ℃; humidity,88—91%;light,1 090—8 lux;size of the egg-collecting device,1.02 m×1.06 m×2.3 m;diameter of the culture container,60 cm;the density of larvae,3 503/ m 2, 7 006/m 2. Result showed: the quantity of imagoes in all, 679, 482; the rate of oviposit, 8.4%, 6.8%,15.9%;the rate of fertilization,82.0%,14.3%,82.8%.
