论我国的水稻发展及对策

On Development and Countermeasure of Rice in China

本文简述了我国的水稻生产概况与现状 ,对今后我国的水稻发展方向、目标及对策提出了见解。作者认为 :我国的水稻发展 ,应服从于立足国内实现粮食基本自给 ,确保粮食安全的战略方针 ,实现水稻单产、总产稳步持续增长 ,以市场为导向 ,发展适销对路的各类水稻品种。为此 ,要加强水稻新品种选育 ;加速水稻种子工程、优质稻米产业化工程和稻米标准体系建设 ;建议政府在政策上要给予优惠 。

The general and present production situation of rice in China has been recounted in the paper.The views of the development directiion,aim and countermeasure of rice in future has also been forward.The author thinks that the rice development in China should be in obedience to the strategic principles of realizing the internal food mainly self-sufficient and ensuring food safetly.We should realize the pre unit area yield and the total output increasing steadily.Under the derecting of market,we should develop all kinds of suitable rice varity.For this purpose,we must speed up breading new rice vaity,enhancing rice seed engineering,realizing the mass production of high quality rice engineering,construct rice quality standard system.The auther suggested that the goverment give preferential policy and pay attention to organizing and coordinating.
