摘要
为了适应市场经济的发展 ,自从 1995年以来 ,我们改革了以前的制种机制 ,采用了“公司 +农户” ,“科研 +基地”的产业化制种思路 ,不断调整制种组合及相应的技术措施 ,取得了可观的经济和社会效益。
In order to adapt market economy's development.We have reformed the previous system of seed production since 1995.We adopted the new ideas of seed production——“Company and peasantry”“Science and foundation” and continually adjusted the Combination and corresproding technique measures of hybrid Rice Seed Production.These measures have brought coniderable effects of economy and social.
