摘要
在对信阳市自然保护区现状调查的基础上 ,根据信阳市自然环境实际 ,参照国家及河南省自然保护区建设与规划要求 ,对信阳市自然保护区进行了规划研究 。
This paper sets out to investigate the situation of the Natural Protection Region in Xinyang.Following the region's reality and construction programme requirements of China and Henan province,the author does research work on it and put forward some adminstritive counter measures.
