摘要
本文对24例慢性非特异性结肠炎患者,进行了球结膜微循环观察。结果表明:慢性非特异性结肠炎患者均有不同程度的微循环障碍,可见微血管管径纤细、血细胞聚集、血流缓慢、血管周围渗出和出血等现象。经用隔药饼灸治疗后,微循环得到显著改善。上述结果提示:隔药饼灸具有改善微循环的作用,有利于止血及促进炎症的吸收。同时探讨了隔药饼灸治疗本病的可能作用机理。
Observations of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation were made on 24cases of chronic nonspecific colitis. The results showed that chronic nonspecific colitis patients had microcirculation ob- struction in different degrees. The characteristics of bulbar cin- junctival microdr-culation in the patients of colitis are; thin mi- crangium caliber, slow blood flow, aggregation of erythrocytes, exuation and bleeding around micrangium. After the treatment by herbal cake insulation moxibustion, the microcirculation of the patients was improved greatly. This research showed that the herbal cake insulation moxibustion had a function of improving patients' microcirculation. It could also relieve bleeding and pro- mote the absorption of Inflammation. In addition, this article also approaches the possible functional mechanism of treating colitis by applying the herbal cake insulation moxibustion.
